MY Bharat Kiphire, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, in collaboration with Trinity School, Kiphire conducted a cleanliness drive on the occasion of World Non-Violence Day and Swachhta Day on October 4 at Kiphire Town.
The cleanliness drive began from the SBI Bank junction and concluded at the Deluxe Point area. Students, teachers, and youth volunteers actively took part in the event, carrying placards promoting cleanliness, peace, and non-violence — echoing the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi.
Speaking at the event, representatives from MY Bharat Kiphire encouraged the students and the public to uphold the values of Gandhi by maintaining a clean and peaceful society. They also reminded the participants that clean surroundings reflect a disciplined and responsible community.

The programme aimed to create awareness among the youth and citizens about the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and non-violence in daily life. Trinity School staff and students joined hands with the MY Bharat volunteers to sweep the streets, collect waste, and spread messages on proper waste disposal and civic responsibility.
