The Nagaland Archery Association (NAA) conducted the state selection trials at DGP Archery Ground, Police Complex, Chumoukedima on October 10.

In a press release, the NAA informed that altogether, 39 archers from various districts competed for an opportunity to represent Nagaland at the national levels. This includes 23 archers (12 men and 11 women) selected based upon their performance to participate at the 2025 Senior National Archery Championship slated to be held in the second week of December at Hyderabad.

The association also announced that there will be a special coaching camp for the selected

archers before they depart for the competition to be held at their Archery Centre of Excellence, Sovima.
