NABA elects new office bearers for the tenure 2025–2029

The Nagaland Amateur Boxing Association (NABA) conducted its election of office bearers for the tenure 2025–2029 on August 9 at the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) Office, Kohima. The election officials were Hemanta Kumar Kalita, Observer, Boxing Federation of India; Azhato Nyekha, Observer, Youth Resources and Sports; Neiyalie Angami, Returning Officer & Treasurer NOA; and Neivikuolie Khatsu, Presiding Officer & Asst. Secretary General, NOA

The election was held in accordance with the constitution of NABA and the guidelines of the Boxing Federation of India. Representatives from affiliated district boxing associations participated in election process.

The newly elected office bearers are Alemwapang Ao—president; Lakatsu Chophy, Manphoa Konyak and K Edward Ngullie—vice presidents; Khrielievio Tsumvu—honorary secretary; Keduolhoulie Kro, V Chingmei Phom and Ejanthung Ngullie—honorary joint secretaries; Imtisunep Ao—treasurer; Vibeilietuo Kets, Khrietuolie Usou , Pungbacung Meru and Rikhum Yimchunger—executive members.

The Nagaland Olympic Association congratulated the new office bearers.
