Two Indian Administrative Services officers and two other officers, all holding the posts of Commissioner & Secretary in various departments in Nagaland, have been transferred with immediate effect. The order was issued on Monday by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (P&AR), Government of Nagaland.

According to the order, Y Kikheto Sema, Asenla Keitzar, V Kezo and Kevileno Angami are the officers who have been transferred, while additional charge has been given to Kesonyü Yhome, IAS.

Y Kikheto Sema, IAS, who held the post of Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) has been moved to the Environment, Forests & Climate Change (EF&CC) Department as Commissioner & Secretary.

Asenla Keitzar, IAS, the outgoing Commissioner & Secretary, EF&CC will now serve as Commissioner & Secretary, P&AR.

V.Kezo, who was Commissioner & Secretary, Land Resources and Finance has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, School Education & SCERT.

Kevileno Angami, the outgoing Commissioner & Secretary, School Education & SCERT is

transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary, H&FW.

Kesonyü Yhome, IAS, the Commissioner & Secretary to Nagaland Chief Minister and works

& Housing has been given additional charge of Finance.
