The Government of Nagaland has announced the transfer and posting of 30 Nagaland Civil Service officers. In a notification issued on Thursday, the government has directed that all handing and taking over of charge to be completed by 22nd February 2024.

The notification also directs NCS officers listed at serial number 2, 3, 11, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 30 to move out first.

In the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to order transfer and posting of the following NCS officers with immediate effect:

1. Shri Keyirangding Hegui, NCS, ADC, Peren is transferred and posted as ADC, Zunheboto.
2. Shri Japheth Woch, NCS, Deputy Secretary, NRE is transferred and posted as ADC, Peren.
3. Shri Imsenperong, NCS, ADC, Naginimora is transferred and posted as ADC, Seyochung.
4. Shri M. S. Thangpong, NCS, ADC, Satakha shall hold additional charge of EAC, Satoi.
5. Shri Moakumzuk Tzudir, NCS, ADC, Zunheboto is transferred and posted as ADC Plutsero.
6. Smti. Imokokla, NCS, ADC, Chozuba is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, School Education.
7. Shri Shaying Sheu, NCS, ADC, Tuli is transferred and posted as ADC, Tobu.
8. Smti. Nikesono Kevichusa, NCS, Deputy Secretary, Women Resources Development is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Power.
9. Dr. Diana Patton, NCS, ARC, Shillong is transferred and posted as ADC, Chozuba.
10. Shri N. Zubenthung Ngullie, NCS, ADC, Seyochung is transferred and posted as ADC, Naginimora.
11. Shri Relise Sangtam, NCS, SDO(C), Niuland on promotion is transferred and posted as ADC, Tuli.
12. Shri Tiayanger, NCS, SDO(C), Zubza is transferred and posted as SDO(C), Niuland with additional charge of SD(C), Kuhuboto.

17. Shri Rohbi Sangtam, NCS, SDO (C), Noksen is transferred and posted as SDO (C) Zunheboto.
18. Smti. Pichano Kikon, NCS, EAC, Kohima on promotion is transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Rural Development.
19. Shri Saratho Katiry, NCS, EAC, Sungro on promotion is transferred and posted as SDO (C) Noksen.
20. Smti. Avonuo Kire, NCS, EAC, Nihokhu is transferred and posted as EAC, Nsong.
21. Shri Seyeikhrietuo Solo, NCS, EAC, Sethiekima is transferred and posted as EAC, Peren.
22. Smti. Kelengunuo Solo, NCS, EAC, Niuland, shall hold additional charge of EAC, Nihokhu.
