Nagaland House New Delhi orgainsed a farewell program on 12th January 2024 in honour of retiring Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of Nagaland and Chief Resident Commissioner (CRC), NH New Delhi, Jyoti Kalash, IAS.
According to DIPR, Kalash, in his speech, recalled his years serving the country, especially the Nagaland, said that he joined as Resident Commissioner of NH New Delhi in 2011. He expressed gratitude to his staff and the people of the State for their love and affection. Expressing his happiness on retiring with good health, Kalash stressed on the importance of physical fitness to enjoy life. He further stated that he is retiring with very good memories of Nagaland.
Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House New Delhi, Wennyei Konyak, NCS lauded Jyoti Kalash for his patience and calm in dealing with many tough situations and thanked him for working for the welfare of the State. He also appreciated his humility and for being approachable by all for any kind of help.
Speaking at the programme, Deputy Director (IPR) and Senior Public Relations Officer, NH New Delhi, Kuolie Mere thanked Kalash for his sincere contribution towards helping the Naga people living not just in the capital but also other parts of the country.
The farewell function was chaired by the RC and a special song was presented by the staff of Nagaland House New Delhi.
