The Nagaland Judo Association has announced that an Open Selection trial for the upcoming Sub-Junior National Judo Championship 2025-26 would be held on November 1 from 9 a.m. onward at the Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium, Mokokchung.

The Su-Junior National Judo National Judo Championship is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad from November 16 to 20, 2025. The trial aims to select promising young judokas from Nagaland to represent the state at the national level

Eligibility for participation is open to both boys and girls aged between 12 to 15 years (born between 2011 to 2013). Participants must be natives of Nagaland, and must produce their original Aadhaar Card and Birth Certificate during registration.

The selection trial would be conducted in accordance with the Judo Federation of India (JFI) and International Judo Federation (IJF) contest rules and regulations. A registration fee of Rs.100 per participant would be charged for selection trial.
