Nagaland Mahila Congress endorses AIMC President’s candidature in Delhi elections

The Nagaland Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee (NPMCC) has extended support to President of the All India Mahila Congress (AIMC), Alka Lamba, who is contesting in the upcoming Delhi Assembly Election 2025 from the Kalkaji Assembly Constituency.

“A bold and fiery leader, Alkaji has consistently lend her voice for the cause of the common people of the Nation and has inspired and empowered countless women to stand up for their rights and aspirations during her trailblazing career in politics spanning over thirty years,” Odikumla Pongen, President, NPMCC stated in a press note.

Stating that Lamba’s dynamic and visionary leadership makes her the ideal choice for Kalkaji Constituency, it appealed to the voters of the Constituency and all women across the country to support her candidature.

The NPMCC also expressed high confidence in Alka Lamba securing a “thumping majority”.

The Delhi Assembly Election is scheduled to be held on 5 February 2025.
