DIPR Nagaland along with the private medias of Nagaland interacted with the officials and members of the Shillong Press Club (SPC) at Shillong during its courtesy visit to their office on 25th March 2025.
SPC President, Deimaia Lang Siangshai accorded warm welcome and felicitated the 11 member media team from Nagaland who are currently in Shillong as part of the media exposure tour to Shillong and Guwahati. This media exposure tour is sponsored by the Department of Information & Public Relations, Government of Nagaland.

Both sides shared views on the mode of Journalist Pension Scheme and other welfare packages and logistic support being extended to the accredited journalists by the respective state governments.
The members agreed to maintain good relations and to strengthen each other in media related activities.
Meanwhile, Nagaland media team leader S. Hongpi Konyak, Deputy Director thanked SPC for their warm welcome and kind gesture towards the visiting team.
