Wennyei Konyak, Joint Resident Commissioner (JRC), Nagaland House, New Delhi, inaugurated the Nagaland State Pavilion at the 42nd India International Trade Fair 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, Hall No. 3 on 14th November 2023.
25 entrepreneurs from Nagaland are said to be taking part in the Fair by showcasing the best local products from the state including handloom crafts, handicraft and wood craft, banana basket crafts, varieties of local soaps, and various products.
The 42nd India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2023 is being held from 14 to 27 November with “Vocal for Local, Local to Global” as its theme.
Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Anupriya Patel had inaugurated the Fair where over 3500 exhibitors are participating. Thirteen countries are also part of this year’s edition.
The officials present during the inauguration of the Nagaland State Pavilion included Nagaland State Pavilion Director Kikhumthong, Asst, Pavilion Director Areninla, Dy. Director and Sr PRO (IPR) Nagaland House Delhi Kuolie Mere and OSD Planning Nagaland House, New Delhi Thomas Thailu.
