The much-anticipated Nagaland Super League (NSL) is set to launch its inaugural season on January 28, 2025, with thrilling matchups that promise to captivate football fans across the state, informed a press release from the NSL.

The inaugural will witness a match between the Barak Football Club and the Nagaland United Sports Club on January 28 at the Chümoukedima Football Stadium, Police Complex at 6:15 PM.

“The excitement builds as the Barak Football Club take on the Nagaland United Sports Club in a clash that marks the beginning of a new era for football in Nagaland. Fans can expect an electrifying atmosphere as teams showcase their talent and determination on the pitch,” stated the NSL.

The match will commence after a grand inaugural ceremony, setting the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable season, added the press release.
