The new team of the Nagaland Wrestling Association (NWA) Office bearers for the tenure 2024-2028 led by President Vivolie Kezo took over the office today after the outgoing team handed over the same to the incoming team. The handing and taking over ceremony was held here today at the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) office at PR Hill, Kohima.

According to a press statement issued by the incoming Joint Secretary, Kuzhovesa Soho, outgoing President Dr. Hiabe Zeliang extended his best wishes to the new team and wished a successful tenure

While extending gratitude to the people of Nagaland for reposing faith to the new team by inducting them to served the Wrestling office for the 4 years journey, incoming President Vivolie Kezo sought cooperations from all walks of life to carry forward the dreams and aspirations of the Association.

Outgoing NWA Advisor, Neivikuolie Khatsü in his speech informed the house that 8 wrestlers from the state along with 2 Officiating Referee and 2 officials are all set to take part in the BRICS game schedule to be held at Russia during the last part of this month and sought moral support and cooperation from the Wrestling fraternity.

The ceremony was led by outgoing General Secretary Viliekho Bio.
