A significant stride towards environmental consciousness took shape as Nagaland’s Transport Commissioner, Elias T. Lotha, inaugurated a comprehensive Vehicular Emission Awareness Drive. The ceremonial inauguration unfolded with grace within the precincts of the Transport Commissionerate premises in Kohima, DIPR stated.
