NSF
In continued protest against militarization and state-sponsored violence, the NSF reaffirmed its non-cooperation with armed forces across all federating units and sub-ordinate bodies of NSF until AFSPA is repealed. It also demanded for the Immediate and unconditional repeal of AFSPA from the Naga homeland.
The NSF strongly emphasized that the use of combat drones and explosive payloads in civilian-populated areas amounts to a direct violation of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), Geneva Conventions’ Prohibition against targeting civilians and Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) among other International laws, the NSF
“Such actions reflect a disturbing pattern of militarized suppression, weaponized fear and systemic impunity under the cover of domestic legislation such as AFSPA,” it stated.
The NSF also urged the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to launch an independent, international fact-finding mission and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) to issue a situational report on violations occurring under AFSPA.
Extending condolences to the grieving families, the Federation noted, “Their loss is a collective wound upon the conscience of humanity.”

NBCC
While condemning the attack at Khammoi village, the NBCC also expressed shock over another attack made on the 4th Assam Rifles Check post at Hahman village, near Manmao in Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh, on October 16, where the NSCN/GPRN (Yung Aung group) claimed that its armed wing carried out the attack.

The council extended Its prayer support and condolences to the bereaved families.
Tenyimi Union Nagaland
In its condemnation, the Tenyimi Union Nagaland expressed its deepest condolences to the bereaved families and also extended solidarity to all affected Naga civilians in Khenmoi-Loiyi and surrounding areas.
“This act is a gross violation of human rights and international humanitarian law, reflecting the ongoing illegal occupation of Naga territories by India and Myanmar. It underscores the urgent need for global attention to the continued aggression against the Naga people living in their own ancestral land,” stated the Union.
It therefore appealed to competent global organisations — including the United Nations, UN Human Rights Council, and the International Criminal Court — to undertake an independent investigation, and demand accountability from the occupying Indian forces.
The Union further called upon all Nagas, within occupied territories and the diaspora, to stand united in condemnation, humanitarian support, and solidarity with the victims and the wider community affected by this atrocity.
