A crucial part of the British-era Bokajan road, the Niuland–Ghotovi stretch connects key villages including Hovishe, Rengma, and Angami areas, linking onward to Kohima, the State capital.
With the roadwork now steadily advancing, the NDGBA urged villagers and commuters to extend full cooperation to the executing department to ensure the project’s timely completion.
The Association further expressed hope that the government will proceed quickly with the black-topping stage, ensuring long-lasting road quality and improved connectivity for the region’s communities.
