The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has announced the dismissal of its disqualification case by the Delhi High Court following the demise of the petitioner.
In a statement issued on October 13, the NDPP Media and Communication Committee informed that the legal case pertaining to “Zeneisiile Ate Loucii vs. The Election Commission of India & Anr vide W.P.(C) No. 20162019 – in the High Court of Delhi” related to the disqualification case of NDPP has been dismissed by the Court in view of the demise of the petitioner.

“Subsequently, the family members of the petitioner decided not to pursue the case and therefore Honourable Court has dismissed the petition as per Order Dated 08.10.2025,” it stated.
The Party has extended its appreciation to the Delhi High Court for passing the order and to the family members for desisting the case.
