The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Pughoboto Region on Thursday resolved to ‘wholeheartedly’ support the consensus candidate of People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA), Dr Chumben Murry, in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

This resolution was made at a consultative meeting held t at the residence of NDPP Candidate, Y. Vikheho Swu in Dimapur, the Media Cell of the unit informed in a press release. The meeting was also attended by NDPP Party workers from Pughoboto and Regional and Central Executive Board (CEB) members, concerned Aphuyemi citizens, well-wishers and supporters.

At the meeting, NDPP Pughoboto Region also unanimously reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to the Party under the astute and capable leadership of Neiphiu Rio, Chief Minister of Nagaland and Chingwang Konyak, President of NDPP.
