The Ngwalwa Village Council has mandated that all individual/party must obtain or renew their land permits to ensure legal ownership and full compliance with village regulations. As part of the ongoing Land Permit Drive, the Council has urged any individual/party who have not yet completed this process to do so immediately.
“The Council emphasizes that no rights will be granted for undertaking any developmental work on land without a valid permit, even if the land has been legally purchased. Any construction or development activities conducted without proper authorization will be deemed a violation of regulations, and those responsible must cease operations forthwith until the necessary permits are secured,” stated the Council in its notice.
