In a landmark collaboration aimed at transforming science education in Nagaland, NITI (NEET-JEE) Academy, Dimapur and Pilgrim Higher Secondary School, Dimapur signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch, perhaps, the first School Integrated Program (SIP) for Class XI Science students starting from the next academic year (2026-27)

The SIP model brings together regular board curriculum and competitive NEET-JEE coaching under one roof, saving students valuable time and energy while ensuring focused academic preparation with critical thinking, conceptual clarity, strategic planning, stress & time management techniques with regular mock tests.

Speaking at the MoU signing ceremony, Bithungo Kikon, Administrator, Pilgrim Hr. Secondary School  shared, “This partnership marks a revolutionary step in Nagaland’s education system. Students will no longer need to shuttle between school and coaching centers. They will receive synchronized learning, mentoring from IIT alumni, and comprehensive preparation for both Board and NEET-JEE exams—all within school hours.”

Key features of the SIP at Pilgrim Higher Secondary School would be classes integrated with NBSE curriculum + NEET-JEE syllabus, Mentorship by IIT alumni and expert faculty from NITI Academy, time-saving & affordable fee structure, scholarships for meritorious & underprivileged students, limited intake to ensure personalised attention & high-quality outcomes.

This initiative is designed to uplift talented students from across Nagaland by offering equal opportunities for quality science education and entrance exam preparation, particularly benefitting rural and economically weaker sections.

Students completing Class X this year can provisionally sign up soon to be part of the first-ever SIP School in Nagaland. Full admission details and scholarship application guidelines will be released shortly.
