The Nagaland Law Students’ Federation (NLSF) inducted its new executives for the 2025-27 tenure at the Red Cross Conference Hall in Kohima. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the federation’s history, with the outgoing President,Tohuka Achumi, handing over the reins to the incoming President, Neivisielie Rino.
In his inaugural speech, Neivisielie Rino pledged to uphold the constitution and bye-laws of the federation, committing to lead with integrity, wisdom, and fairness.
He called upon all members to join him in this endeavor, leveraging their collective strengths and expertise to achieve the federation’s goals and make a meaningful impact in the community.
The incoming team presented appreciation certificates to the former executives, honoring their selfless service to the federation.
Tohuka Achumi, the outgoing President, shared his experiences during his presidency and encouraged the new executives to maintain the spirit of teamwork and brotherhood.

Mankhat N Konyak, Assembly Secretary, delivered a congratulatory message, praising the outgoing team for successfully concluding their tenure, which included celebrating the federation’s 25th Silver Jubilee.
He also congratulated the new executives and emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation for the smooth functioning of the federation.
The ceremony concluded with a mass prayer, marking a new chapter in the NLSF’s journey.
The new executives are poised to take the federation forward, building on the foundations laid by their predecessors and working towards a more just and equitable society.
