Noklak District monthly Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of September was held on 13th September 2024 at DC’s Conference Hall, Noklak under the Chairmanship of Vice Chairman DPDB & Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Arikumba.

Deliberating on the upgradation and establishment on various departmental Offices under the district, Deputy Commissioner Noklak highlighted the problems and issues faced by the district especially in terms of coordination, convergence plans and programmes and implementation of schemes due to non-upgradation of offices. The house approved and apprised to their respective department of the following which are as follows: Creations of District Education Officer at Noklak district: Upgradation to Medical Superintendent at District Hospital Noklak:  Upgradation of District Welfare Officer at Noklak and Establishment of Project Director DRDA in Noklak.

The house also approved and recommended for Construction of SP Residence and Police barracks at Noklak and Construction of Permanent fencing at District Hospital, Noklak.

District Project Officer, Lichumo Murry of Land Resources department Noklak presented a Power point presentation on various activities taken up by the department.
