Noklak DPDB meeting was held on December 17, 2024 at DC’s Conference hall, Noklak under the Chairmanship of MLA & DPDB Chairman, Benei M. Lamthiu.

The meeting began with a warm welcome note from the chairman to all the members present and expressed his gratitude to the officials for prioritizing their official duties.

Addressing the DPDB meeting, MLA, P. Longon appealed to the members to verify and ensure the accuracy of census details for better development of the district.

After a brief discussion, the board approved the proposed upgradation of PHC, Panso to CHC and creation of District Commandant Home Guard & Civil Defence cum SDRF at Noklak.

The PowerPoint presentation was given by the department of PWD (R&B) and Forest department highlighting the on-going projects and achievement of the respective department in the district.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chairman, Benei M. Lamthiu who expressed his sincere gratitude to all members for their tireless effort and collective commitments to the district development. He urged the members to continue working together towards a shared goal of prosperity and development, thereby laying a strong foundation for a flourishing Noklak district.
