The VBS camp director Nianhai in her message said that the camp has sown the seeds, but it is the parents who need to water it, adding that it is the prayer of the parents for their children that should guide them. “If your plan is for one year, plant rice; if your plan is for ten years, plant trees; if your plan is for one hundred years, educate children,” the speaker encouraged the parents, teachers and children.

One of the VBS teachers while sharing his experience said that it was the first ever VBS camp held at NBC, and it was overwhelming to see the children so committed and eager to learn.   Highlighting one of the activities called ‘Prayer Tree’ were the children come and paste a prayer point, he said that many children had prayer requests for their problems among parents and family, and drug addict older siblings and it touched our hearts.

During the camp, activities such as art, paper crafting, Bible quiz, Bible memory verse competition, and singing competitions in general were held.
