Special guest Mhathung Yanthan, in his address, remarked that writing a book requires imagination and described the occasion as a special one. He noted that the title Nonpareille, meaning “unmatched,” is both unique and appealing. Highlighting the importance of reading, he said that although people today rely heavily on digital content, nothing can replace the experience of reading physical books. He encouraged people, especially the younger generation, to develop the habit of reading newspapers and books, pointing out that readership has declined in recent times.

He further encouraged the author to continue writing, noting that there are very few writers in the Lotha community. He stressed the need to nurture God-given talents and make good use of them. He also urged writers to produce works in the Lotha dialect, following the spellings approved by the literature committee.

The book will be available for sale at Oren Book Stall, Nonghothüng Publication in Wokha, and 6th Finger Publisher in Kohima.
