The SDO (C)Sadar & Nodal officer, Postal Ballot, Kohima, James T. Khulu Tikhir (NCS) has in a notification informed all concerned who have opted and applied Form12 A, that the Election Duty Certificate (EDC) shall be issued starting Monday (15th April 2024) from the Postal Ballot Cell (Revenue Branch), Deputy Commissioner Office Kohima.

Therefore, all concerned have been informed to collect the same before April 18.
