The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) appealed the voters of 43-Tapi Assembly Constituency to vote for its candidate Wanglem Konyak stating that it has faith in their “wisdom to see through this now familiar politics of deceit and corruption.”

In a press statement, NPCC said acknowledged that it cannot match the opponent’s campaign but that it can only offer “a strong, honest and responsible representation in the August Assembly.”

The party slammed the ruling party of “waking up from their slumber only during elections.”

The opponent for NPCC’s Wanglem Konyak in the 43-Tapi A/C Bypoll is NDPP’s Wangpang Konyak who is being endorsed by alliance BJP.
