NSCN-IM General Secretary Th. Muivah will land in New Delhi tomorrow to hold talks with the Government of India.
Muivah is expected to leave to New Delhi from Dimapur in a private Chartered plane.
The NSCN-IM and GoI will be resuming talks after a gap of one month. The NSCN-IM led by leader Gen (Rtd) VS.Atem had held three rounds of talks in the month of June.
Sources informed that seven members of NSCN-IM Collective leadership (CL) have already arrived in New Delhi. The seven members are Rh. Raising, TT Among, Kraibo Chawang, Hutovi Chishi, Dr. Kimong Lowang, Zeneituo Pienyu, Mozamo Ngullie.

Talks have been scheduled to be held on 21 August however, the timing is yet to be decided.
Sources also informed that NSCN-IM top leader Gen (Rtd) VS.Atem will join the talks in the later rounds.
While, the issue of flag and constitution still remains as the core issues to conclude the ongoing peace talks, sources also informed that there are many loose ends which also needs to be resolved.
The NSCN-IM and GoI are yet to come to a meeting ground to bring a logical conclusion to the decades old Indo Naga political issue.
The NSCN-IM in numerous occasions and press statements have made their position clear that any solution to arrive at, should be on the basis of the 3 August 2015, Framework Agreement.
