Tuccu stated that in over 75 years of the political movement, “we have invested blood, sweats and tears” to define the Naga nation as given by Almighty God and the urgency to halt anything that obstruct nation building process by way of failing to defend the historical and political rights of the Nagas becoming the victim of the flattering policy of the Government of India, adding, “a time has come to put ourselves in proper perspective with the spirit of forgiveness and integrity.”

He stated that Naga national objective has remained elusive because “of our own misdoings”, he called for recognizing the battle cry “Nagalim for Christ” with divine connection and guidance.

He also called for recognizing the urgency to join hands in the struggle for self-determination and the protection of history, heritage and culture.
The proclamation concluded with a prayerful note: “May God grant wisdom to all Nagas across Nagalim!”
