Longterok FC secured a narrow victory on Matchday 12 against Red Scars FC at Chumoukedima Football Stadium on 8th March 2025 at the ongoing Nagaland Super League (NSL).

Longterok FC dominated the opening 45 minutes, with K. Asumi breaking the deadlock in the 8th minute. The hosts created numerous chances but were unable to extend their lead despite controlling possession. Red Scars FC showed resilience in defense but struggled to create clear scoring opportunities.

The second half saw both teams battling fiercely for control. Red Hawks came close on several occasions, with a shot hitting the bar in the 46th minute and another hitting the post in the 56th minute. Longterok continued to press forward, creating chances through Asumi and Manton, but missed opportunities to secure a comfortable lead.
