The Nagaland Transparency, Public Rights Advocacy and Direct Action Organisation (NTPRADAO) has issued a press release today announcing a change in its present nomenclature into a more “public welfare, justice oriented and broader concept nomenclature” as NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) with its operational head quarter based in Dimapur.

“For a more accurate picture and better authenticity, the NTPRADAO in its official launching, the inaugural function was attended by S.Richard Humtsoe, President, Nagaland chapter – All India Anti- corruption Org. ( AIACO ) as the Chief Guest ( special invitee ) and also Hayithung Bill Lotha, Member, State DISHA ( State Development, Coordination & Monitoring ) Govt. Of India as ( special invitee ) as was officially published widely in all the news media agencies in Nagaland.

The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) is the main original and legitimate group which even the duo S.Richard Humtsoe and Hayithung Bill Lotha who attended as special invitees acknowledges and recognises as such,” stated the press release.

With regard to the expulsion of certain officials, the group stated that it will not dwell further but stand by its press statement on December 17, 2024.

“The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) group is unaware of the involvement of certain individual name Bill Lotha as charged of repeated involvement in dubious activities and unethical practices by the illegitimate group The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) officially, legally and formally clarifies once and for all that such individual name Bill Lotha is neither a member, nor an office-bearers/advisors in the organisation of NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ). He/She has no role at all in functioning of the organisation, persona non grata and a totally non entity. The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) is no’ bothered and worried at all  about factionalism/groupism as even in broader Indian context there are many instances of groupism i.e. DMK/ AIADMK, NCP ( Ajit Pawar )/ NCP ( Sharad Pawar ), Shiv Sena/ Shiv Sena ( UBT ), LJP ( Ram Vilas RLJP and not forgetting the numerous factions all over Nagaland.

The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) also wishing all the very best and sweet days ahead to the other illegitimate NTPRADAO group and states that it holds  no grudges against them as Christians and brothers & sisters in Jesus Christ,” informed the press release.

It also re-reiterated its stand to continue its charge against the PHED misappropriation, embezzlement and “siphoning off a major chuck out of the Mega 1649.35 ( One Thousand Six Hundred Forty Nine Crores and Thirty Five Lakhs ) JJM SCAM”.

The group also Informed that it is mobilising and preparing to launch a mass protest/agitation demanding the resignation of PHED Minister Jacob Zhimomi, immediate suspension of PHED Principal Secretary Mhombemo Patton, IAAS and immediate filing of appropriate cases against Repangyangba Longkumer and N.Thsathrichem Sangtam, former CE’s.

“The NTPRADAO ( People’s Justice ) also shall demand the suspension of all the then EEd who already served and some present EE’s who are serving and are involved in corrupt practices between 2019 – 2024. Especially PHED Minister Jacob Zhimomi and PS Mhombemo Patton should have to be ever ready anytime to taste people’s power. And also readying various other steps as officially announced beforehand,” added the group.
