Nagaland University’s School of Agricultural Sciences (SAS) Campus at Medziphema organised a reception programme in honour of Prof Dipak Sinha, Pro-Vice Chancellor (PVC) of Nagaland University, on June 6, 2025.
The event was chaired by Dr Anthony V. Richa, Deputy Registrar, NU SAS. The programme began with an invocation prayer by Prof. R. Razouneino Zuyie, followed by a welcome address delivered by Prof. L. Daiho, Dean of the campus.
Short speeches were delivered by Akato Chishi and Prof Paulin Alila, representing the Nagaland University Non-Teaching Staff Association, Medziphema (NUNTSA-M), and the Nagaland University Teachers’ Association, Medziphema (NUTA-M), respectively. Other speakers included Prof N Tiameren Ao, Prof J Longkumer, and Dr Sewak Ram, who conveyed their greetings and shared words of encouragement.
In his address, Prof Dipak Sinha expressed his happiness at being part of the Medziphema campus, stating that he found the campus community to be both cooperative and accommodating. He also shared his vision for cultivating a productive and harmonious work culture driven by teamwork.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the chairman.
