Research Scholar of Department of Management, Nagaland University, Kelhoukhrietuo Nagi received the Best Paper Presenter award in the International Conference on “Reimagining, Business Management: Innovation, Inclusion and Indian Knowledge systems” organised by North Eastern Management Association and Tripura University during July 4-5, 2025. The title of his research paper was “Assessing the Influence of Psychological Capital on Agripreneurial Intention among Business Students in Nagaland”.

The paper was co-authored with his PhD supervisor, Dr. Dhrubajyoti Bordoloi, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Nagaland University.
