The oath taking ceremony of newly elected members to Mokokchung Municipal Council and Mangkolemba Town Council were held on Friday, DIPR has informed.

In Mokokchung Town, all the 18 elected ULBs members of Mokokchung town took the oath of affirmation which was administered by the ADC and Administrator MMC at the Conference Hall of the Mokokchung Municipal Council office.

In Mangkolemba, ADC Mangkolemba T. Lankonsen Tsanglao administered oath of affirmation to the newly elected members of Mangkolemba Town Council. A total of nine members representing the nine wards of Mangkolemba undertook the oath to discharge their duties faithfully and diligently.
