Office of DPRO Kohima bids farewell to retiring officer

Kohima: Outgoing DPRO says she is leaving with good memories, urges staff to cooperate with incoming officer

The Office of the District Public Relations Officer Kohima organised a farewell programme in honour of the outgoing DPRO Kohima, Ruopfulenuo H Mepfhüo at its office premises on Monday.

According to DIPR, at the event. the outgoing DPRO Kohima, Ruopfulenuo H. Mepfhüo, in her speech expressed her appreciation and gratitude to all the staff for the support and cooperation in executing the assigned works successfully as a team during her tenure as DPRO for the past eight years and nine months. She said that getting to work in the district level has been a remarkable learning experience and said that she was leaving with good memories after having gained a wealth of love, care and working experience as a team and urged the staff to continue giving their best support and cooperation as always to the incoming DPRO.

Atuzo Peseyie, the incoming DPRO Kohima, in his short speech lauded the outgoing officer for being very sincere and dedicated and taking the department’s name to a higher level. He also expressed his happiness and said that he looks forward to working together in the new environment and requested the staff to continue giving support and sincere cooperation in making the assigned works easier and successful.

Speeches of gratitude were delivered by IA Kohima, V Khekiye Sema, IA Jakhama, Shalong and Office UDA, Chumbeno Ngullie.
