The District Administration of Wokha, under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, in collaboration with the ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Nagaland Centre, and ICAR-KVK, Wokha, organized a successful one-day workshop on Agripreneurship today at Bhandari Town Hall on May 16.

Longdiba Sangtam, NCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Bhandari, warmly welcomed and thanked the resource persons from various departments for their invaluable contributions to the workshop.

Distinguished experts, Dr. Aabon W. Yanthan, Scientist (Horticulture Vegetable Science) and Agri-Business Incubation (ABI) Centre Incharge Nagaland, Moaakum Pongen, ICAR-KVK, Wokha, Anuranjan Singh, Project Manager at Shishoi Oshom-ETF Cell, Wokha and Achio Kikon, District Manager, CSC and representatives from the Horticulture and Agriculture Departments took part in the sessions.

The workshop witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 50 young individuals from the Bhandari area. They were highlighted on valuable insights of sustainable agricultural practices, business management, and community welfare.
