The 2nd NAP Battalion Alichen organized a one day Orientation Programme on Livestock Management under Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM) in collaboration with Chief Veterinary Office Mokokchung under the theme “Fertility Camp” on October 28 at Battalion Headquarter.

The resource persons were Dr. B. M. Sunep, CVO Mokokchung, Dr. Yanger, Vety Farm Manager and Dr. Wati, Vety. Asst. Surgeon. The programme also provided free vaccination for dogs and poultry.

The scientific method of pig farming, Bio fencing, dietary components and seeds for healthy offsprings were imparted to the participants.

Altogether, 98 participants attended the orientation programme.
