The Peren District Administration and the District Skills Committee in collaboration with Microsoft will be conducting ‘Microsoft Diversity Skilling Program’ to upskill and impart skill training to women and youth of the district.
Deputy Commissioner Peren, Vineet Kumar, IAS also informed that after the successful completion of the training, all the candidates will be presented with a certificate from Microsoft.
The training will have the following modules – Digital productivity, Employability skills, Communication Skills and Entrepreneurial skills. On completion of the training, the participants would be given hand-holding to find job placements.
The training eligibility age group is between 16-35 years and the training course duration will be 40 -140 hours, depending on the curriculum.
DC Peren also informed that the training venue will be intimated later and the deadline for submission of application is 15th July 2023.
