The District Administration, Peren in collaboration with District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) has invited applications from interested girl children, Women Entrepreneurs, Self Help Group (SHG) for a certified computer training course with special focus broadly on the following topics:
- Basic use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Use of social media to promote marketing
- Maintenance of e-account of business (records of financial transactions etc.)
- Designing of brochures/pamphlets of the products.
- Use of online banking/UPI/BHIM and other digital payment methods.
- Cyber security especially awareness on digital frauds.
Peren District Administration further informed that the training will tentatively take place in the second week of February 2024 in Jalukie town. It said that the certified computer training will be free of cost, however no TA/DA will be provided. Only 50 (fifty) applicants will be selected on first come first basis and only online online applications will be accepted.
