Icaisuile, a fish farmer from Peren district, was felicitated at the Fish Farmers’ Conclave during the World Fisheries India 2025 (WAI 2025) held in Hyderabad from November 11 to 12. She was recognised by the National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB), Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Government of India.

Icaisuile received the honour as a Progressive Fish Farmer for her significant contribution to the fisheries sector and her role in fostering community growth through sustainable fish farming.
