Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Peren, Vineet Kumar IAS, convened a meeting regarding the upcoming 18th Lok Sabha election on February 28. The meeting gathered all Nodal Officers from various cells at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office chamber, informed DIPR.
Encouraging the officers, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Peren urged them to prepare with the same spirit exhibited during the last General election. He emphasized the importance of their efforts for the successful conduct of the election in the district.

During the meeting, all Nodal Officers from various cells shared their plans and strategies for the upcoming election. Discussions revolved around the training plan and communication strategies to ensure more active participation and smoother coordination.
An important decision made during the meeting was the establishment of a dedicated call center solely for election matters. This initiative aims to streamline communication and address queries related to the electoral process efficiently.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to ensure thorough preparation and coordination for the upcoming 18th Lok Sabha election in the district.
