Under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, MESE Development and Facilitation Office Dimapur in association with the Department of Industries and Commerce and District Administration organised a one day Awareness Camp on PM Vishwakarma on 11th February 2025 at DUDA Hall, Longkhim and on 12th February 2025 at Old Church Building Tuensang Village.
At both the event more than 400 artisans attended the event, where artisans applied for correction in their Aadhaar such as seeding of Mobile Number and Change of Residential Address.

The objective of this camp is to create ground awareness of schemes, onboard the village on the scheme portal and facilitate enrolment of the artisans.
PM Vishwakarma scheme aims to upskill artisans in their chosen trade through access to higher training, upgraded tools and access to collateral free credit. Currently the trade carpenter, masonry and Tailoring are Held at the Centre.
