Pochury Student’s’ Union holds 59th general conference

The 59th general conference of the Pochury Student’s’ Union was held at Meluri Village Council Hall on January 10, informed the DIPR. Commemorated under the theme “Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Future, Embracing the Future”, the conference was hosted by the Müluori Küchienyiri Kügharü (MKK)

Advisor, New & Renewal Energy and NSDMA Government of Nagaland Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe, graced the programme as the inaugural guest. In his speech Nyuthe advised the students on pursuing success in life. “In order to become a successful person in life, one should be sincere, confident and must know how to utilise time,” said the Advisor.

He reminded on the popular adage ‘God help those who help themselves’, and apprised the gathering that without giving an effort, one cannot be success in life.

Nyuthe also announced that he will sponsor ten students for special couching classes aspiring for competitive exams.

Earlier, President NSF Medovi Rhi delivered greetings to the Pochury Students’ Union. Chaired by  Elizabeth Pojar, Women Co-ordinator of Pochury Students’ Union, the programme was enthralled with a song sung by SEND Choir.
