In a major boost to the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee, several individuals from the political class in the State joined the Congress Party yesterday.

The individuals included Dr Temsuwati, Rtd. Additional Development Commissioner, Government of Nagaland and former Chairperson of the State BJP Intellectual Committee, Dr Roland Lotha, NPF Working Committee Member, Yanger Jamir, Vice President of NPF Central Youth Wing and Moses R Ovung, BJP Youth (BJYM) leader, who joined the Congress Party on July 12, informed a press release by Communications Department, NPCC.

Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and PCC President S Supongmeren Jamir, and Ranajit Mukherjee, AICC Secretary Incharge – Nagaland, along with senior NPCC officials thanked the new entrants and accorded them a warm welcome into the party fold, while highlighting the age old Secular and Inclusive ideals of the Indian National Congress.
