On account of several complaints received from the general public, the office of the Nagaland Two Wheeler Taxi Association (NTWTA) Kohima Ha, has requested the public to notify the office if any issue regarding the Two Wheeler Taxi riding in Kohima arise on the following:

1) Choosing of destination

2) Overcharging

3) Reckless Driving

4) In case of any issue or circumstances arising because of the Two Wheeler Taxi on service. If a passenger is visibly intoxicated and poses a risk to themselves, the taxi rider has the right to refuse the passenger entry.

This is to ensure the safety of both the passenger and the driver, stated the NTWTA.
