In order to enhance consumer participation in reporting Adverse Drugs Reactions, the National Co-ordination Centre -Pharmacovigilance Program of India, in a first of its kind initiative, has displayed QR Code along with the toll-free number (1800 180 3024) in all Retail/Wholesale Pharmacy/Chemist stores across the country to facilitate submission of Adverse Events.
In this regard, Assistant Drugs Controller, Drug Control Administration, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Imlilila has requested all public/ consumers to report any adverse reaction experienced after consumption or administration of medicine by scanning the attached QR code or by calling the toll-free number displayed in all Pharmacies across the State.

Further, the general public have been cautioned to stop use of the under mentioned cough syrup immediately and report to local Drugs Control Authorities without further delay .
