The Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms has issued a notification on the transfer and posting of IAS and NCA officers on March 1.

It informed that Kumar Ramnikant, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kohima has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Industries & Commerce Dept, Nagaland with additional charge of PD, ELEMENT, FOCUS-IFAD in place of Shanavas C, IAS, who has been released on central deputation.

Meanwhile, Henok Buchem, NCS, Secretary, NSSB is has been transferred and posted as the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima in place of Kumar Ramnikant, IAS.
