In a notification, the Department of Labour & Employment has notified to all the left out registrants of e-shram Portal under Labour Department of Nagaland, in view of the cognizance taken by the Supreme Court of India and its Order passed on 4th October 2024 in miscellaneous Application No. 94 of 2022 in Suo Moto Writ (C) No. 6.2020 in regard to Problems and Miseries of Migrant Workers, the department hereby announced that a MELA will be held from 4th to 8th November 2024 (5 Days) in all the District Civil Supply Offices.

The Mela is jointly organised by the Departments of Labour and Food & Civil Supplies for issuance of Ration Card to all those left out registrants under e shram Portal. All those e-shram registrants who are yet to be issued with Ration Card till today should avail this opportunity.
