Due to continuous rain and bad road condition, school children were facing problems, therefore we thought of doing our part to better the condition of the roads by filling the potholes and cleaning the drains, added Litingse.
The potholes on the roadside were filled with slate stones cut from the side of the road, which was a reliable option at least for some time.
The extended his appreciation to all those who had taken part in the social work and encouraged other colony members to join the movement next time for any social welfare activities.
