Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha from Nagaland S Phangnon Konyak participated in the 3rd edition of the Digital Democracy Dialogue, held from 24–26 September 2025 at Panaji, Goa.

A press release from the MP’s office stated that Konyak spoke on the theme “Women-led Development, Women-led Society” in one of the sessions.

MP Konyak shared insights on how women can lead a new paradigm of nation-building, as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with Nari Shakti empowered as decision-makers and society shapers.
She also highlighted the role of technology and digitisation in strengthening democracy by amplifying voices and widening participation, stressing the importance of using these tools responsibly to ensure inclusive and sustainable democratic growth.

The event was organised by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini with the support of the Entertainment Society of Goa and the government of Goa.
