Tuensang District Legal Services Authority conducted nationwide “SAATHI campaign”, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) in collaboration with the Aadhaar Enrolment (UIDAI) District Administration, District Education office, Department of Economics and Statistics, Chief Medical office and District Social Welfare Department at Town Hall Tuensang on August 7.

The free legal service camp aimed to provide legal identity and social welfare access to destitute children under 18 years of age, Aadhaar registration and issuing of birth certificate.

All together 27 birth certificates, Aadhaar 36 registration/enrollment and 60 affidavits filed.
